1. About the service

Clipto Cross-Post ("the service") is a self-hosted content publishing tool operated by Kanisond Sinma (Clipto Media) in Thailand. It lets the operator publish their own review videos to their connected social channels, including YouTube.

2. YouTube API Services

The service uses YouTube API Services. By using the service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data received through Google APIs is handled per the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use) and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• The operator uploads only content they own or are authorized to publish.
• The operator selects each video's privacy status (public, unlisted, or private) before upload.
• The service does not change a video's visibility without the operator's action, and does not modify content the operator did not create.
• The service is used only for the operator's own channels and client channels that have explicitly granted access. It is not resold.

4. Your data

How data is collected, used, stored, and deleted is described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke the service's access to your account at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The operator is responsible for compliance with the terms of each connected platform.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; changes are posted on this page with a revised date.
